How I Operate
How I bring structure, technical clarity, and momentum to products that are hard to define, align, and scale.
Turning ambiguity into product direction, execution clarity, and validated product decisions.
Making technically credible product decisions across integrations, architecture, and implementation trade-offs.
Leading organizational execution across teams, dependencies, releases, and high-stakes operational delivery.
Connecting product decisions with business priorities, monetization logic, and commercial outcomes.
Technical Product Leadership
From software engineering foundations to leading product direction, organizational execution, and complex B2B SaaS platform delivery.
Built product structure and execution discipline, defined product direction, and drove the TMS platform from fragmented efforts to production launch, validated by 10 beta carrier companies.
Led technical product delivery and roadmap execution across revenue-critical engineering teams supporting affiliate marketing infrastructure and internal monetization platforms.
Implemented Spotify model and scaled agile delivery across 2 global engineering teams supporting 3500+ sites. Built execution discipline and cross-team handoff practices that shaped long-term team execution.

Seven years of production engineering shaped how I evaluate feasibility, integration complexity, and implementation trade-offs long before they become delivery problems.

What Keeps Me Curious
I’m drawn to things that combine exploration, endurance, creativity, and understanding how systems work.
Photography is my creative outlet and a way to explore atmosphere, detail, and composition. I enjoy outdoor, travel, and cinematic-style photography, always looking for interesting angles rather than simply documenting places.
I enjoy mountain hiking, winter conditions, and challenging trails that combine endurance, adrenaline, and exploration. For me, hiking is about pushing limits, discovering new routes, and spending time far from everyday routines.
Road cycling is one of my favorite ways to disconnect, stay active, and explore new routes. The rhythm of cycling is where I think through complex problems.
I prefer road trips, city breaks, and active travel where I can keep moving and discovering. I travel to understand cultures, architecture, and everyday life — not just tourist spots.
Arch Linux has been my primary operating system for over a decade. Running self-hosted servers, experimenting with AI infrastructure, and building homelabs keeps my systems thinking sharp between product cycles.
I build practical things at home — sensors, automations, dashboards, and side projects that keep my engineering instincts sharp outside product work.
Let’s talk about products that are hard to get right.
I work best where product decisions carry technical weight, business impact, and very little room for error. That’s where I create the most value.
Best for direct conversations, product opportunities, and professional collaboration.
Professional background, experience, and career highlights in one place.
Technical projects, experiments, and hands-on work that reflect my engineering foundation.
Photography from travels, hikes, landscapes, and everyday moments.
Product doesn’t fail because of bad ideas. It fails because the wrong decisions get made at the wrong time.
