Product Manager
Impact
External B2B Transportation Management System (TMS) for carrier companies (web and mobile). Defined the MVP scope, connected core modules into functional user flows, and led the product through beta toward launch.
- Owned MVP definition and Version 1 scope, transforming disconnected features into cohesive end-to-end product flows
- Led product execution across a multi-team organization of ~40 people (~30 developers) spanning frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and design
- Conducted competitive analysis and market research to define pricing strategy and identify potential enterprise client segments
- Led demo presentations for prospective clients and managed ongoing beta tester communication, translating user feedback into prioritized product decisions
- Collaborated with the design team in Figma, reviewing prototypes and defining UX acceptance criteria across web and mobile flows
Result
Defined and delivered the first MVP of the TMS platform; completed the initial beta phase with five carrier companies and prepared the second beta cycle ahead of planned launch.
Additional Product Oversight
- Led product structure and delivery standards across three e-commerce products, supporting two cross-functional teams of six developers via headless WordPress and Next.js

- Led prioritization and execution across two distributed teams (UK, Serbia, Poland), supporting ~250 affiliate websites and campaign infrastructure
- Coordinated engineering delivery with stakeholders across Denmark, the UK, France, and the US, aligning campaign deadlines with technical execution
- Managed a WordPress-based backend powering high-traffic affiliate systems in a performance-critical environment
- Oversaw the rebuild of a React-based banner automation platform, improving campaign efficiency and analytics visibility
